  • Browse spaces near you, pick a time that works, and book directly through the app. Payment is handled securely at the time of booking.

  • Bookings start from 1 hour.

  • You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to a partial charge, as hosts set aside that time exclusively for you. If you cancel two hours or less before a booking or are a no show, you won’t be entitled to a refund. If a host needs to cancel a confirmed booking, you'll receive a full refund.

  • Yes - every space is reviewed before it goes live, including photos, amenity details and hosts identity verification. We also rely on guest reviews after each booking to maintain quality and flag any issues.

  • Get in touch with us straight away. We take safety seriously and will help resolve any issues quickly.

  • Each host is responsible for having appropriate liability cover in place for their space. We'll always be upfront about what's covered so you know where you stand before you book.

For Guests

  • Pools, saunas, hot tubs, home gyms, and studios - anything wellness-related that's currently sitting unused for parts of the week. If you're not sure whether your space qualifies, get in touch.

  • We'll provide a pricing framework to guide you, but you set the final price for your space - so earnings depend on your space, location and availability.

    wellspace takes a small platform fee from each booking - you keep the majority of what you charge.

  • Payments are managed through the app, so money lands directly in your account after each booking, minus our fee.

  • No - you choose exactly when your space is available to book. You stay in control of your calendar at all times.

  • You'll need liability cover appropriate for having guests use your space. We can point you toward providers if you don't already have this in place, but it sits with you as the host.

  • All guests are required to verify their identity before booking, so you'll always know who's coming to your space. You'll also be able to see guest profiles and reviews from other hosts before confirming a booking, and you're always in control of who you accept.

  • There's no lock-in - you can pause or remove your listing whenever you like.

  • Early hosts get free professional photography, 0% platform fees for the first three months, a locked-in lowest rate for life, a permanent "Founding Host" badge with priority placement, and no contract tie-in. Find out more here.
